Party Rental Signup 2026
To schedule a party, the following steps must be completed:
- To be eligible to host a party, you must be a member of WSARC.
- Sign up for a date and time via the form Below. No requests will be taken at the office, via email, or by phone call.
- Pay the party fee via Venmo: https://www.venmo.com/u/wsarcswim or in cash at the WSARC office within 72 hours of making your party reservation. If you do not pay your party fee within 72 hours of making your reservation using the sign up form, your slot will be deleted.
- Parties over 50 people will be reviewed by the managers and the WSARC Board and additional fees will be applied to cover lifeguards, set up, clean up, etc. Please contact Kim Zajac or Johnny Sturgis about a party of this size.
- Parties will be available for scheduling Tuesday – Sunday. No parties will be held on Mondays, due to SWAP days and pool crowding. Please note that there are some dates that are not available due to other scheduled pool events.
- At the time of reserving your party slot, WSARC requires a non-refundable fee of $100 for the lawn or $150 for 1/2 of the deck (closer to the basketball court and lap pool).
- Guests, who are not members of the WSARC and who attend the party, are charged $12.00 per guest. This applies to all swimmers coming to the party. This fee is due on the day of your party.
